2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging
  • The product must not have been damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper storage
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened or partially used (unless the product is defective)
  • Products purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Free promotional items or samples

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us at online@quivranxiph.world with your order number, the reason for the return, and proof of purchase
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days with return instructions
  • Step 3: Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided in the return instructions
  • Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund

4. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely
  • Quivranxiph is not responsible for returned items lost in transit

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days
  • The refund amount will include the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect:

  • Provide photographs of the damage or defect along with your order number
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item following the process outlined above and place a new order separately.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, the order will be processed and the standard return procedure will apply.
